纏繞管是一種替代傳統膠管保護用(yòng)金屬護簧的(de)新産品。纏繞管一般采用(yòng)尼龍材質或聚丙烯材質制成。纏繞管相對(duì)應與傳統的(de)金屬護簧産品具有耐磨性能好，抗老化(huà)、抗腐蝕性能強；更能有力的(de)對(duì)軟管外表面進行防老化(huà)和(hé)抗磨擦保護。纏繞管相對(duì)于膠管護簧産品和(hé)其他(tā)護套産品具有更優異的(de)便捷和(hé)環保節能效果。纏繞管内表面一般爲平面，外表面分(fēn)平面和(hé)弧面兩種。

FRPP纖維增強纏繞管具有耐腐蝕、耐高(gāo)溫、耐高(gāo)壓、衛生無毒，可(kě)回收利用(yòng)，特别适用(yòng)于腐蝕性液體輸送(如酸堿液)，具有較憂良的(de)抗沖擊性和(hé)拉伸強度。系統重量輕，安裝維修方便。因其特有的(de)性能被廣泛應用(yòng)于化(huà)工、化(huà)纖、氯堿、染料、給排水(shuǐ)、食品、醫藥、污水(shuǐ)處理(lǐ)、電解等行業。

◇長(cháng)久的(de)使用(yòng)壽命在額定溫度、壓力狀況下(xià)，FRPP管道可(kě)安全使用(yòng)50年以上。

◇卓越的(de)耐腐蝕性能 FRPP管材能耐大(dà)多(duō)數化(huà)學物(wù)品的(de)腐蝕，可(kě)在很大(dà)的(de)範圍内承受PH值範圍在1―14的(de)高(gāo)濃度酸和(hé)堿的(de)腐蝕。

◇優異的(de)抗磨性能在輸送礦砂泥漿時(shí)，FRPP管的(de)耐磨性強于鋼管。

◇較高(gāo)的(de)剛度 FRPP管材由于加入了(le)玻纖增強材料使FRPP管材不易變形。

◇耐熱(rè)保溫節能 FRPP管材最高(gāo)使用(yòng)溫度95度左右,該産品的(de)導熱(rè)系數僅爲鋼管的(de)1/200，故有較好的(de)保溫性能。

◇可(kě)靠的(de)連接性能 FRPP管熱(rè)熔接口的(de)強度高(gāo)于管材本體，接縫不會由于土壤移動或載荷的(de)作用(yòng)而斷開。

纏繞管,大(dà)口徑纏繞管,雙壁纏繞管,中空纏繞管是一種以高(gāo)密度聚乙烯（HDPE）爲原料，經纏繞焊接成型的(de)一種管材，由于其獨特的(de)成型工藝，可(kě)以生産直徑達3米的(de)管材，這(zhè)是其他(tā)生産工藝難以完成的(de)。高(gāo)密度聚乙烯（HDPE）由于其本身優異的(de)融焊接性能不但保證了(le)産品成型工藝和(hé)産品質量，而且也(yě)爲施工連接提供了(le)多(duō)種可(kě)靠方式，如電熱(rè)熔焊接，熱(rè)收縮連接等等，同時(shí)這(zhè)也(yě)是滲漏情況很少出現的(de)一個(gè)重要原因，也(yě)正是因爲這(zhè)個(gè)原因，這(zhè)種管材才具有其它管材不具備的(de)獨特的(de)環保功能，這(zhè)對(duì)當前人(rén)們關注的(de)污染防治提供了(le)非常有效的(de)方法。

纏繞管生産工藝

纏繞管的(de)生産采用(yòng)的(de)是熱(rè)定型工藝，一般分(fēn)一次定型和(hé)二次定型加工兩種。

一次定型工藝：尼龍或塑料顆粒材料經塑料擠出機加熱(rè)塑化(huà)擠出成薄片狀長(cháng)條，長(cháng)條從機頭模具擠出後不經過水(shuǐ)冷(lěng)卻即纏繞到纏繞機夾持的(de)不同規格芯棒上，然後經冷(lěng)卻水(shuǐ)冷(lěng)卻定型後脫離芯棒即成型爲螺旋狀護套。

二次成型工藝：尼龍或塑料顆粒經擠出機擠出薄條後即進入冷(lěng)卻水(shuǐ)冷(lěng)卻；冷(lěng)卻後的(de)長(cháng)條再經纏繞機纏繞到不同規格的(de)芯棒上；然後将芯棒推入硫化(huà)罐加溫硫化(huà)。一定時(shí)間後出罐，脫離芯棒即可(kě)成型。
