聚乙烯纏繞結構壁(B型)管

執行國家标準(GB /T19472.2—2017)《埋地用(yòng)聚乙烯(PE)結構壁管道系統第2部分(fēn):聚乙烯結構壁管材》典型B型結構壁管。

接口采用(yòng)典型承插式電熔連接、彈性密封圈連接及節流式承插連接，實現零滲漏。

高(gāo)密度聚乙烯(HDPE)纏繞結構壁B型管。是一種内壁光(guāng)滑、外壁爲螺旋狀加強肋,由底膜和(hé)肋界面爲O型的(de)肋管經螺旋纏繞工藝制成的(de)異型強構壁管材。

管材采用(yòng)高(gāo)密度聚乙烯爲原材料，在熱(rè)熔狀态下(xià)通(tōng)過纏繞工藝一次成型。并在熱(rè)态未脫模前通(tōng)過滾動風冷(lěng)方式冷(lěng)卻。管道逐步散熱(rè),壁厚均勻，無内應力。

管道連接可(kě)采用(yòng)承插式電熔連接、節流式承插連接。其中承插式電熔連接即管道兩端在生産時(shí)被加工成承口和(hé)插口。并在承口内壁中部段嵌入電熔絲。在管道連接時(shí)，隻需接入電源即可(kě)完成安裝，并且可(kě)以使管網系統實現零滲漏;節流式承插連接方式則克服了(le)地下(xià)水(shuǐ)位高(gāo)、工地有易燃易爆管線等不适宜電火連接操作的(de)施工困難,擴大(dà)産品的(de)應用(yòng)範圍，滿足了(le)更多(duō)客戶的(de)需求。

因其安全、可(kě)靠、環保、高(gāo)端，該産品被廣泛應用(yòng)于市政工程、核電火電、石油化(huà)工、治金化(huà)工、交通(tōng)樞紐(機場(chǎng)、鐵路、港口)市政等領域。在全世界範圍内早已得(de)到廣泛應用(yòng)，在中國被建設部評爲重點推廣産品。是國家推廣城(chéng)市雨(yǔ)污水(shuǐ)系統“以塑代鋼、以塑代泥”的(de)新型優質管材産品。

聚乙烯纏繞結構壁(B型)管主要用(yòng)途及特點

适用(yòng)于市政雨(yǔ)水(shuǐ)、污水(shuǐ)管網系統、綜合管廊系統、海綿城(chéng)市、智慧管網系統。主要原材料:爲HDPE(高(gāo)密度聚乙烯);
輔助原材料:管材外壁螺旋增強材料爲PP,起到增強抗外壓能力、提高(gāo)環剛度的(de)作用(yòng);電熱(rè)元件:管材承口預埋電熱(rè)元件爲銅合金焊絲。
